Downtown Dunedin
Free parking, I'm in! If it's cute enough for a Hallmark movie, it will work for our hot girl walk! I like to start at the Marina and either walk along the trail on the water, or towards town. And yes, there are plenty of shops and coffee along the way if you need a break!
Vinoy Park
No matter what time of day you go, Vinoy Park is always a pretty view! You can start at either end and walk on the paved sidewalks. There are usually always great sights between the intense volleyball games on the courts, or dolphins hopping along in the water.
Coffee Pot Boyu
If you are looking for a quieter option in St. Pete, just north of Vinoy there is the perfect walking spot along the water in the coffee pot boyu neighborhood. You can park in Coffee Pot Park and walk down towards the Pier!
Philippe Park
In Safety Habor, there is a huge park with lots of greenery along the water you can park for free and walk along. You can walk in several spots — along the beach, on the trail, or up the mound.
Bayshore
You didn't think we'd forget Bayshore did you? This is one of the most iconic walking spots in Tampa, and once you see the view you'll know why. We love to start in Hyde Park (at Buddy Brew for a quick coffee to be exact), and walk down to Bayshore
Riverwalk
Tampa's riverwalk is well-known for a reason. It's 3-miles along the Hillsborough River, and filled with events, restaurants, and boats to watch on your walk! You could even make a whole day out of it between breakfast spots, kayaking, and walking down. It's a must-see if you are new to the area.
Between the waterfront views, cute neighborhoods, and things to do along the walk, it makes it easy to turn your New Year’s goals into reality here in Tampa!
Whether you're chasing dolphins at Vinoy Park, strolling Bayshore with a coffee in hand, or soaking up small-town charm in Dunedin, there’s no shortage of places to walk!
Happy walking!
